July Recap

I just put together our July #'s and we are sitting at 63-62-2 -6.34 units for the month. After July 20th we were 46-38-1 +6.78 units so you can see the struggle we've been going through the last week having dropped just over 13 units in that span. Since June 1st we're sitting at 112-92-3 +31.77 units. Our overall total has really taken a beating lately, but like I expressed before...we just haven't had the ball bounce our way on a few games that would have made a world of a difference. Clearly we are winning more than we are losing over the long haul but that doesn't mean I am content by any means with our performance over the last week. Losing that many units in that short of time is going to happen when you are a high volume player, just as we can easily win that many units in a short amount of time. My #1 goal right now is to get us a winning week so you are able to collect from the book again and #2 get our month of July back on the right side of even. Hopefully with the few tweaks I made last night and a bit of leveling out on the luck factor, we'll accomplish both goals and head into August looking to destroy the books like we did for the first half. First things first...let's hope the Cubs can hang on and get us started on the right foot with our afternoon BOMB and propel us into the evening.
